| This position is responsible for leading small projects & day-to-day installations. | |
| Major Responsibilities - not all inclusive: | |
| · Lead
small projects · Read blueprints & floor plans · Interact with customers in a professional manner · Lead/manage small crews/projects · Complete daily reports · Certify channel and link test on horizontal cable using level one test · Coordinate personnel and timeline to complete project · Build closets · Complete all IDC connections · Identify and install grounding for racks, equipment and cable · Assemble & install modular plugs & coaxial connectors · Identify active voice or data circuits · Dress and terminate outdoor cable on lightening protection · Perform interim crew evaluations |

| Minimum Requirements - not all inclusive: | |
| · Must have reliable
transportation · High school diploma or equivalent · Basic reading and writing skills · 1 year cabling experience · Must have supervisory skills · Must possess all necessary tools. Hand tools: screwdriver (Regular & Phillips), drywall saw, torpedo level, tape measure, snips, pliers (needle nose & channel locks), hammer and cable stripper. Trade Tools: punch tool with 110 block and 66 block blade, 6/8 position combo crimp tool and tone set · Ability to travel may be required |
