3D DATACOM'S safety program has been developed to assure
the well-being of our employees, customers, suppliers, and others related
to our business activities. Our goal is to minimize or eliminate all types
of injuries while promoting a safe work environment and practices.
Some of the key components of our program are:
- Stringent and effective substance abuse policy.
- Security procedures for protection of personnel and
property.
- Vehicle maintenance and control policies for safe,
reliable vehicles.
- Compliance with applicable OSHA and other regulations.
- New hire and reoccurring safety training sessions.
- Certified training for lifts, confined space, powder-actuated
and specialty equipment.
- Company-supplied Personal Protective Equipment and
other safety supplies.
- Dedicated safety manager for monitoring, program development
and communication.
- Accident prevention and follow-up for procedure and/or
equipment improvements.

3D
DATACOM is committed to security within our company and at all customer
sites. 3D DATACOM realizes that consistent security practices area critical
concern for safeguarding property and personnel. Key components of our
program are:
- Substance Abuse Screening of employees at new hire,
post accident, random and for-cause situations.
- Reference and background checks as required.
- Customer specific and general training regarding security,
escorting, and other requirements.
- Unscheduled badge checks of employees for possession,
condition, and display.
- Retrieval of badges, keys, etc. when an employee terminates.
- Investigation and correction of any breach of security.
- Provision for a hot line for "silent witness" type
information.
- Reasonable safeguards or controls for equipment, tools,
and other property.

3D DATACOM has a responsibility to provide a safe, productive work environment
for all of it's employees. We also have a responsibility to the public
and our business associates to ensure that their safety and well-being
are protected. Therefore, a company-wide Substance Abuse Policy has been
established and successfully instituted as a means to meet these responsibilities.
