"3D DATACOM provides a one year warranty of 3D DATACOM's workmanship on any cabling system installed. 3D DATACOM will correct problems, free of charge, resulting from 3D DATACOM's workmanship providing there have been no alterations, additions, or changes to the installation by personnel other than 3D DATACOM."

3D DATACOM shall warrant all 3D DATACOM-provided cabling materials and equipment after installation acceptance on the customer's site against defects for a period of
five years. 3D DATACOM is authorized to extend a fifteen-year extended performance warranty for any installed Ortronics, Berk-Tek, Panduit, Leviton, Molex manufacturer certified system.

3D DATACOM shall not be liable for any damages, including incidental or consequential damages, expenses, costs, profits, lost savings or earnings, lost or computed data, or other damages resulting from 3D DATACOM's workmanship, or the use or misuse of the equipment or items, installed, added, changed, moved, or repaired by 3D DATACOM.

This warranty is limited to the correction of the problem and does not apply when a problem is due to force majeure, normal wear and tear, damage, misuse, negligence, or abuse by the original purchasers or their employee, agents, or representatives. The warranty does not apply to existing items that were not installed, added to, changes, moved, repaired, or altered from the original design or performance standards by anyone other than a 3D DATACOM employee.
